LHNBEAUTY STUDIO DIRECTIONS
The LHNBEAUTY studio can sometimes be a bit tricky to find. We are located in a large building within a neighborhood! Here are the details:

If you see this entrance, then you’re in the right place!
Parking: Park right in the parking lot and enter into the doors at the top of the black steel staircase. Take an immediate left into a small hall. There will be two small rooms (on your right) and some mailboxes (on your left). Take another left through the door and take the staircase up to the top level, go down the hall and our suite will be the second door on your left.
Notes: If your appointment is after 5PM or on the weekend, the main doors may be locked. Your artist contact information is in the google event notes that you should’ve received. Please text or call your artist to have them let you into the building!
LHNBEAUTY APPOINTMENT POLICIES
- Your appointment time slot is not booked until you have received a google confirmation email.
- Appointments are limited to the allotted time so please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Any reschedule or cancellation of an appointment must be done at a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment. Any reschedule or cancellation done within the 24 hours period of the appointment will result in a $25 fee.
- Please notify your artist (contact information in the google calendar details) if you will be late to your appointment, anything more than 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled to a new date and time, with a fee of $25 (discretion up to the artist to be able to stay and do the appointment even if you are late, the artist may also still collect the late fee of $25 despite still doing the trial service).
- If a contact attempt has been made and there has been no communication, there will be a 15 minute grace period until the artist will consider the appointment as a no show, which will result in a $25 fee.
